Also to add: There is no way a MAC could be fitted unto a Longsword. But, if you used a smaller version (a lot smaller) it might be possible, but the round would have to be so small it would be uselss.
I don't think human ships should be equipped with plasma weapons. For dogfights, Plasma torps or cannons are inferior to missiles and good ol' bullets. But you could shield 'em.

Not too bad. At one point I had trouble seeing what was happening but otherwise it was pretty good. 8.5/10.
I wrote a fighter series (The 889th Tactical Fighter Wing If you want to read it just type my name, Steele, in the search field). There are a couple of others, but I'm only really familiar with mine.

by el halo diablo i forget what its called. How the hell could the same MAC cannons that were on the pillar fit on a longsword i mean they were described as huge things, and come on please tell us how the hell lopngswords got plasma weapons that needs major explaining. its still ok but it could of been a lot better

it was OK not enough detail and no real plot that i could see, how the hell could humans beat covenant ships so easily. ok for basicly what i would concider one action sceen that would take up about a fifth of a normal story.
All the Human ships have been eqiupped with the same MACs as the POA. Some have multiples.
Also, the Longswords now have Plasma Cannons.
