Yah it was in all those movies but I didn't know they used it to replace the BAR and the 30. CAL. Cool thanks for the comments.

actually i did know it was a real gun, i looked it up after reading this story. i also remember seeing it in We Were Soldiers...think it was also in Black Hawk Down, but not sure...

M60 is a real gun... the US's standard anti-personnel machinegun. .30 cal, belt-fed. Used as a replacement for both the .30 BAR and the .30 machinegun from days of yore, first saw use in Vietnam. Just thought you oughta know.

MA-60 reminds me of the M-60 in Rainbow Six (the book). except a big german dude carries it...this was good...the faking the death part was kinda unrealistic...the Covenant were the ones who invented overkill, shooting dead bodies and stuff lol but regardless, a smart idea to attempt. gotta read your next chapter now
