Alrigth I read this all the way though and came to the conclusion, that frankly midnite, you need to never write about this story again. This is rediculous, and so out of place on here. Not to mention, you never ever define your characters or what they have. To define them as killing machines, give us a symbol, an identificationj of what they are and what they do. Too much of this is like an idle fantasy based off of dragon ball Z and overly aggresive impulses mirroring Quake 3. Imagination is important, but framing your ideas properly will beterr lend your work credibility and help enhance communication of your vision. Plus... dont post C&C here, we're all about the MC and Cortana's fine ass here.

We know, Conrad, but violence in a story isn't what makes the writing world go round. You're still a n00b here, sorry if I sound mean but that's the way it goes, for everybody.
Besides, a sentence like that can leave the reader imagining the head rolling along the hallway, and creating the image by himself. I'm not saying that detail isn't important, because I use it alot myself, but not everything has to be perfect. Read some of Stephen King's stuff, he's simply amazing.

No offence kid, but that kinda sucked. Like, what were you thinking? I mean, I couldn't find a single word associated with Halo in that story, and your grammar was like a three-year old's. Also, you need to make your violence TASTEFUL! I mean, anyone can write: 'And their bleeding heads bounced around the hallway.", but it takes some skill to write: "And their severed heads were smashed from their necks, slamming into the hallway wall and coming to a rest in a growing puddle of crimsom blood." Know what I mean? TGC

I find it slightly insulting you would DARE write about another game. I can see how the writing is great, but this is a HALO Site
  C&C.bungie.org is your best bet.
Prejeduces aside, I can say that the potential for this story looks bleak unless some major GRunty killing occors.
Good writing. I just can't stand these type of fics unless they're comedy and'or funny (i.e: Jedi MC w/ Plasma Sword I can stand. I love those!)
So please don't take this personal. And I'll keep reading to see if I was wrong. If I was, I'll admit it.

Okay, I only read about two paragraphs in and then stopped. Is this a crossover of Halo and Command and Conquer: Tiberian Sun?

Doesnt the Halo universe stand alone good enough? I mean why does it need a cross over? Personally I like the mystery of the forerunners that will probablly be explained more in Halo 2. I mean chances are, Humanity is the last of the forerunners left as a fledgling undeveloped race after the first activation of the Halo rings to contain the flood. It would explain the wiping out of the forerunner civilization, while leaving only trace remnants of its geneology. And on Earth(a planet, mind you, far removed from the core of the Milky Way)humanity evolves amid the changing ecosystem, shaped by the environment of the planet, possibly leading to a much different evolution over the course of time. I mean when you think about it, primates are actually a radical departation from most small mammalia, so the theory could be written into a credible scifi story. So my theory is that yes, humanity are the "mutated descendents" of the Forerunners, and the prophets know the truth about the destruction of all sentient life by the Forerunners and their wreckless technology, hence their grand crusade to wipe out humanity to forever prevent such an occurence happening again. *phew* mouthful

If I do r=write about a Star Wars/ Halo croosver, There won't be any Jedi-Spartans, let alone any Spartans. It would take place before Halo: Combat Evolved

Going C&C with Halo, Huh? I was going to do the same thing, but with Star Wars. I'm copywritting that idea right now, so don't try to make a Star Wars story about what Halo is.
