Good, good. S little strange when ray is the first to see the covie armada, but it brings more excitement to the story.

It was the middle of the 13th at the end of First Strike, so the Covenant have had 2 days to travel to Earth. It sounds reasonable to me.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if people would like this. Hikaru, I have played legendary, and I know what the Covenant are really like. I was trying to correct that from my first one. There haven't been any fights yet, so I don't see what you are talking about. And about the alarm thing, I kinda forgot about that, I was quick in writing this. I think i might write a revised version of the first part. Thank you.

yeah that's crazy. I didn't read yours either. But i did read your first one. As a matter of fact, I liked it so much it made me want to write one of my own. my second one has been getting alot of criticism from know-it-all dumbasses. I'm gonna start a new series too. Well keep up the good work...

Yes I enjoyed it, but um a few things. Others would notice the Covenant coming I'd assume, an alarm would blare in the city stating imminent Covenant contact, people would be running scared as the alarms went off, the base would have already of been in action by time Ray got to the base, and you should mayvbe try a few made up names for companies if you ever want have some again. I doubt any Company (Save Bungie and Microsoft) will be around at that time. Plus I'd guess, going by First Strike, the Covenant would show up later than the 15th. More around the 30th maybe. Plus before you do ANY Covenant ground battles I recommend that you play the 'real mode' of Halo before you do. Meaning Legendary. And trust me it is. Well hope that helps.
