Well coLd, in today's Marine Corps there are about 40 Marines in a infantry platoon, thats 4 ten person squads, with a platoon Leader a Lieutenant, and a platoon sergeant. I don't know how things work in the future. cause u have to factor in that a Pelican holds 10 Marines. I figure the uNSC would probably use between 30-20 Marines in a platoon. These are all guesses.

Yea special forces squads usually work in fire teams like in my story with 5 people in a fire team. there is a sergeant commanding or a corporal and u have a heavy weapons person, a marksman, a medic, and a rifle man. something like that. it depends on the mission and wats need. There could be a fire team of just heavy weapons if needed.

I liked it, a bit short but it fit. I got a question, is a special forces squad smaller then a regular squad? My next chapter should be out in the next update. Keep it up!

Okay, Helljumper, thanks, my next story should be coming out soon and I'd like to know how many Marines are in a platoon. That's it for now, thanks.

yea wraith, u should make sure your chapter is good, cause you'll gets lots of negative feedback other wise. and some comments can get pretty nasty depending on how bad the fanfic is. I'm in college and i like writing this stuff eventhough i'm lazy and take a long time to do it.

Hey Helljumper, do you know where to get army information? Like how many soldiers are in a platoon, weapon statistics, formations, etc.
If you could point me out to a website that'd be great.

When I saw the title 'Sergeant Vick' I rolled my eyese. I shouldn't have, this was very good.
'We don't use luck in the Corps, we use bullets.'
Authentic bit of tough-guy grit there, I like!

Good, but what happened to your two other series that you had going? I still liked it, but the punctuation was a little off today.
Overall, great work, lovin' the ODST's, keep it up.

Hey, I really liked this story, they fact that the ship seemed to be abandoned adds a lot of mystery to it. I am going to guess that Billy is now infected with the flood virus and is a combat form? I guess I'll find out next chapter!
