I'm glad that you want people to improve. My peers in my English class often want me to look at their work because I'm pretty tough on their work. I've seen essays that have made me shiver and cringe. Plenty of red marks have covered several essays that got into my hands. Anyways, have you seen many people improve their writing by writing stories here? I've watched my English essay-writing progress and noticed that my last few had no red marks. I know that writing more improved my grammar.

Nick, even if you do put two spaces it wouldn't show up.

It's grammatically correct to place 2 (or two) spaces after a period. Or so says my englsh class.

			We're tough because we care.
We want to be able to read a story without constantly having to figure out what something is. Is Scott or Jill talking in this sentence? I don't know because there's no punctuation, capitalization, or spacing in the story. Hmmmmm...
That's why we like good grammar. It also shows us a writer is evolving, and trying to be better. If your grammar sucks when you get here, and its much improved when you leave, then we feel a sense of accomplishment.
And that example of Scott and Jill and all above wasn't related to this story.

Wow, you guys are tough on grammarical errors here. I think the storyline is going rather well. It's pretty creative if you ask me, but--- this IS the first one I've read so maybe to you it is just like another one you've read or written. Keep up the good work!

Uh, Nick Kang? You never put numbers into a sentence when you aren't listing things.
Two spaces or one, it's more a matter of preference and font choice. With the font used for the Fan Fiction section, (I assume it's Verdana), one space is sufficient.
Case in point: It doesn't matter whether you choose two or one space after a period, as long as you put something there :)

lol, My Head is Gone, there are big Human ships with faster than light travel, advanced weapons, Human colonies spread out through the galaxy, and alein invaders...so no, I don't think it's in the future.

What kind of question is that? "Is this supposed to be in the future or something".
ROFL buddy, this is Halo, not Medal of Honor.

Not so bad. Was this in the future i guess? Anyway a touch on the non-realistic side.

			1. Try to come up with a name that doesn't rip of one of the regular's...
  2. There's something called 'sentence structure.' It works like this:
This is called a sentence. They are good. They are your friend.
It begins with a capital letter and ends with a period. After the period you put a space between the end of the period and capitalize the next part.
I would point out more, but I need to go throw up...
