Yeah, Chuckles is my gaming name. Me and my brother Bojo (the clown) were a two man defense during our group's CTF matches. Were got nicknamed the ClownFence. We played pretty tight defense, and that is not a popular thing to do in Halo, so the stories have the other guys showing a lot of hostility toward the Clowns.
We have a big frag party once a month. We have everything from early teens to a guy in his fifties. We usually have between fourteen and twenty some odd gamers show up. We play for eight hours (8pm to 4am).
The intro stories were supposed to be like movie trailers: open ended, short, and (hopefully) something to get the guys in the mood to game. I did one for our Swampcandle game night, and the guys liked it so much I kept doing them.

			Is Chuckles your Clown name?
I, in part, hate versing my friends in multiplayer. Friend 1 only throws grenades, so I kill him. Friend 2 throws one grenade, than gets killed, then yells, "But I threw a grenade!"
The only friends that I have that are actually good at the game, are either never home or...never home.
  You see my problem.

Don't worry about New001. He has a tendency to flame people on a constant basis, regardless of their FF's quality.
I found the philosphy particularly interesting. It was a little...*casts around for word*...insane. 'The Clowns'? Of course, I've always considered clowns to be insane; they are just a little scary.
Apparently you wrote it for your group, though, which I can understand. I haven't really read any multiplayer before, so I really have no standard to judge by, so...
  Good job.

I use these stories as intros to FragFests. Almost all of the characters are real players within the group, so they hold more meaning for us at the FragPile than they do for those who don't know us.
Ydnar, the main character in this story, had (at our last fragfest) used a nOOb on his team as a flag carrying boy and then fragged him just before he scored so that he could score himself. I worked Ydnar's "cruelty" into a story, and for us it was funny. So really there is no "philosophy" at play here, only what I thought would amuse my group. Sorry you didn't like it.

He means spamming because you submitted like five stories in one batch. That's what we call spamming here.

I think I know what you mean by "spamming". My stories are based on Halo multiplayer gaming, and only that. So it would seem since it is fictional writing based on the gaming experience of Halo that it would fulfil the definition of "fan fiction".
If HBO decides that fan fiction must include covies, other planets and the like, I'll refrain from submitting any stories. I have read the HALO novels and beat the game on legendary but I have a heck of a lot more fun playing with the guys in our gaming club than I do playing the game alone, and that is why I like to write fiction about it.
